Today, i am NORMAL!
Had the best day.
We drove to the middle of nowhere to a garden centre. I reckon we stayed for well over an hour...and i was fine. NO ANXIETY!
It feels brilliant to be finally able to get out of my town with someone other than my mother and not have to worry about panicking.
I am thrilled with the progress i am (slowly) making...

I'm really happy for you and it's looking like you're really beating the anxiety at last. Well done Sarah. If this is what love does then I outta get some.
Keep it going! xxx
I used to be agoraphobic too, it's no fun!
I also was able to overcome it, one thing that really helped me was telephone conference call support groups provided by Social Anxiety Anonymous.

Great job Sarah. I'm really happy for you.
Much love to you.
