Maybe not today...

NO VLOG! I've been super busy all day with gardening, the weather has been gorgeous. I did loads and changed a lot of my back garden, it looks amazing. I then went and got some new flowers and planted them too! MY LIFE IS SO ROCK N ROLL!!! Tomorrow, more flower purchasing, more paint purchasing and......whatever else takes my fancy!

hello sarah been checking some of your videos cheerfull! :p im looking to maybe contact u if possible just about some info on your anxiety and panic attacks, my name is michael i live in the north east , hartlepool to be presice im 28 and have had anxiety myself in the past for around 8 year. the reason for contacting yourself is im looking to make a book as such to help people with the same problems both you and i have experienced or are still experiencing i dont know on whether you have tried to recieve help yourself but all physical help seems to be charged at a high rate which i think is a disgrace and want to hopefully giv the same treatment without taking poor peoples money, im wanting to get as much info on how to beat anxiety the effects and new ways of thinking aswell as maybe chatting with yourself and others to help me in other ways if i could get maybe an email address or otherwise were i can can contact you i would appreciate it thanks

Dilemma...

I don't know what to do... So confused with it all. I have just called the boyfriend after not speaking to him since 8 this morning (he's off sick) to see if he was okay and i got ANOTHER mouthful... WTF?? I simply cannot do this any more. The last month...

Over the last month i have been diagnosed with severe anemia, had my 39th birthday, school broke up for the holidays, i stabbed myself through the finger with a dinner knife (not even a sharp one), but deep enough to have all the fat tissue hanging out, shave off the top off my little finger and have a round of botox and fillers.............
