Fighting sleep..

..all day. I've been bored shitless at the same time and it wasn't until 2ish that i decided to move and do something! I started by bathing my stinky puppy... She had a little bit of leftover rice and chicken from an Indian takeaway we had last night and she smelt ever-so-slightly curryish, plus her hair is getting long again so she looked mank. When i finished washing her, i cut all around her eyes so she could see again.... I think she's grateful that i did that...

Bluebell is just too cute for words... I ADORE my puppy, i couldn't imagine not having her around, not being with her, not having her there in the mornings....or everywhere i go... my little shadow - I LOVE HER SO MUCH! I really do.

This is what she looked like all fresh and beautiful ;)


After that i obviously had to disinfect my bath.... so i cleaned my bathroom completely... then i changed my duvet cover, bleached my bedroom/polished and cleaned mirrors and windows... It took ages to do that because midway through doing it my neighbours asked me round for a cuppa and it would be awfully rude to say no ;)

Cooked dinner....(eventually) and just got out of the bath...


Before my bath i'd spoken to the BF, my friend and my mother, so i didn't feel the need to have the phone in there with me, plus, i just needed to have an hour to myself... no interruptions....

...Bedtime now.... Made in Chelsea.... (FIONA - That's another one you should watch, as well as The Only Way Is Essex...., if you can... )

Oh yay, i read in one of the english mags about the only was is essex, and i meant to ask you if it was worth watching ! Thanks so much, im so bored while im stuck in bed, so i can watch them all over the next few days :-) you are THE BEST :-)

I hope you won't be disappointed. It's so naff to be honest, but addictive at the same time... Make sure you check out 'Made in Chelsea' too... It's the posh version of The only way is Essex.. Bare in mind, I AM FROM ESSEX, but the girls from Brentwood, where it's filmed are so OTT with their make-up, hair, boobs.... ;)

Where it all started... Say Hi and Goodbye to my EX HUSBAND. This is the precious man that i loved for all those years but who treated me like dog shite... From the mouth of an EX agoraphobic

A friend of mine yesterday pointed out what a person had written on their blog about being agoraphobic. Said person is an EX agoraphobic...this is what was said. "Agoraphobia is a selfish state of mind. Its completely "curable", and yet some people just wallow in their own self-pity and will never ever get over themselves and recover. When you are so worried about yourself all the time, how can you possibly be a good mother to someone else? Or a good wife/girlfriend/friend? I've unfortunately been the agoraphobic, and I've been the agoraphobics friend. As the friend, it was miserable. Nothing was ever about anything else but them. It was annoying and frustrating. And completely in their hands to change it, but they wouldn't. Because they're too selfish and self centered. Those aren't qualities people like in a person." Opinions please?

It DID get worse..

...now there's a shocker! I have spent the entire evening in hospital. We had to call an ambulance, these feelings in my heart were insane. I was sat in the back on the ambulance and they did all my obs. I was tachycardic, my BP was really high (usually its stupid low) and my ECG was showing Atrial fibrillation, meaning the top two chambers of my heart are beating faster than the bottom two. I was put on oxygen as well because my breathing was a little bit crappy. The medic man stuck a candular in my hand and hit a valve apparently, my hand swelled up in seconds, it was so painful. Got to the hospital and did all the necessary things and then we had to wait...and wait...and wait. Where they'd stuck that needle in the back of my hand and hit the valve, it started going dead. I couldn't feel 4 of my fingers! I called to get someone to take the bugger out. I'm left with a lovely bit blue bruise this morning. My step-father was called to pick us up because we thoug
