Oh dear..

I felt like i'd lost weight today.  My stomach feels like it's really sucked in, so i weighed myself, i NEVER EVER EVER EVER weigh myself any more, but i had to, to see if what i thought was right.  Flip me, i've gone down to 6st 11... (95lb)... I'm not happy with this figure, i don't like losing weight when i'm not trying, because i haven't.....

Irony is, i'm not hungry at all tonight, i'm hoping maybe i will be a little later...

You are teeny tiny Miss! Weird isn't it? Last time I stepped on scales I was 8'11 and I just checked and I'm 8'3. I'm 5 ft 4 so this is fine. Thing is, I've been stuffing my face with chocolate M&Ms and stuff. I'm not complaining about this, only that I bought several pairs of jeans which did fit brilliantly and now they're hanging off held up with a belt. Could be due to hormones, being more active, water loss, all sorts of things can make you lose and put on pounds within a week.

Eat lots - lose weight! Eh???

I KNOW! I am scoffing my face with my new favourite dish i've found, vegetarian stew and dumplings from Tesco... Dumplings are fattening - plus, houmous... caramelised onion houmous from Sainsburys i am eating by the pot, again - loads of calories.. Don't get it....

Your BMI is just about right, you wouldn't want to go much lower...... x
