Today's words of advice are...

BE KIND TO PEOPLE. BE MINDFUL OF THEIR FEELINGS. DON'T THINK NEGATIVELY ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON. LOVE. LOVE A LOT. CHOOSE TO BE THE BETTER PERSON. CHOOSE TO FORGIVE. CHOOSE TO FORGET. DON'T FEEL ANGER, RESENTMENT, HATE. DON'T WISH HARM ONTO SOMEONE ELSE. DON'T FEEL JEALOUSY. BE GRATEFUL FOR THE SMALLEST OF THINGS IN YOUR LIFE, BECAUSE GRATITUDE FOR SMALL THINGS CAN ONLY ATTRACT BIGGER AND BETTER CHANGES. DON'T WASTE TIME WISHING YOU HAD SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE. BEHAVE LIKE YOU ALREADY OWN/HAVE IT. YOU ARE LIKE A MAGNET, WE GET BACK WHAT WE PUT OUT THERE. DO PEOPLE FAVOURS, HELP OTHERS WHERE YOU CAN. APPRECIATE LIFE.

...AND REMEMBER - ALL YOU HAVE IS ALL YOU HAVE THOUGHT.

As the great Beetles sang.... "All you need is love.....Love is all you need".....

I like this....I really do BUT one question

Choose to forgive. Choose to forget

I have done this a number of times when my husbands daughter (29 years old) has treat me like shit and Im wary of forgiving and forgeting Becasue Im afraid of being walked over all over again so what do I do ...DO I forgive and forget again or not?

Absolutely Charlotte. Be as nice as you possibly can to her. Because at the end of the day, if she's the one giving out the negativity, and you're not reacting to it.... who's the one who is going to be better off???

If she's mean, for no reason, then that's her problem. Be nice. Smile, even when she's saying horrible things...just say things like "Okay, then" and "That's alright - You're entitled to your opinion.." People do find it REALLY hard being mean to nice people.
