My body dysmorphia is effecting me more than my panic and agoraphobia. I am SO depressed with myself. I can't do anything, because i don't want anyone to see me. This is hell. My life is hell.
New Years Resolutions...
.. I don't have many, but they are as follows.. 1. Drink 2ltrs of water a day 2. Eat less sugar. 3. No processed food at all. 4. Be grateful every of what i have, every moment of every day. 5. Be happy :)
