My friends?

My ex husband said to me..."You do NOTHING to enhance my life." And he was right.

yes thats what i think of myself everyday hun,but they love us so we must enhance it just being us,i blumin hate who i am and hate what i can't do but i'm not embarresed of what i have,we have anxiety agarophobia panic attacks,i hate it but i'm not gonna be embarresed of it,it really does rule my life but i think i'm just gonna have to come to terms with it,i may get better one day fingers crossed but i also need to get into my head that i may never get better,we all may never get better ;0(
but you enhance my life sarah as i enjoy reading ur blogs and u seems a nice funny lovely lady ;0) so try and think on the posative side,i know its hard but u have many good qualities about you {{{hugs}}} xx♥xx

but you have to ask what he did to enhance your life? From what I can tell he done nothing, except make you feel worthless and as if you weren't good enough. You're much better off without him. While you had your problems he certainly had his, which I think were worse. You can never enhance someone's life for them, all you can do is love and support them. This is something that your boyfriend appears to do and you having been making loads of progress. You might not be 'cured' but years of worry and negativity will take a while to get over. Just remember everytime your son has hugged you or your boyfriend has told you he loves you...you must be doing something right! :) Xx

Where it all started... Say Hi and Goodbye to my EX HUSBAND. This is the precious man that i loved for all those years but who treated me like dog shite... Should i stop blogging?

I've had a whole day to digest the comment that was left for me and it does sadden me. I write on my blog because it's an outlet for me. It lets me express my true self. Yes, of course i am leaving myself wide open to criticism but to be honest, if i was reading a blog written by a person who felt so badly about themselves/their lives, the last thing in the world i would do is start putting them down, especially making comments about their father which is a real sore subject for me to deal with. I don't know if i can handle that kind of shit right now.. I don't need any other added negativity in my life.
