Today, i achieved the thing that i have been working towards.

We went to the park and had a picnic.

Is the park youre talking about the one that was in the Ruby Wax vid.. you were on the swings, then you walked a bit further and got anxious? If so (well either way obv!) well done!!

It's the second one we went to, the "Big" park. It's the same one i was at when we went sledging, although the difference this time is that i went with my boyfriend and friend, my mother met us there for a bit, then she left, so i didn't have her there if i got anxious.

Dilemma...

I don't know what to do... So confused with it all. I have just called the boyfriend after not speaking to him since 8 this morning (he's off sick) to see if he was okay and i got ANOTHER mouthful... WTF?? I simply cannot do this any more. The last month...

Over the last month i have been diagnosed with severe anemia, had my 39th birthday, school broke up for the holidays, i stabbed myself through the finger with a dinner knife (not even a sharp one), but deep enough to have all the fat tissue hanging out, shave off the top off my little finger and have a round of botox and fillers............. That's all.
