Some people never do this. Actually most don't, but most have an awareness of what is right, and what is important and what is not. Also of what can be changed and what we have to live with.

You know, we all have problems and we have different coping ways. We can all find reasons to be happy.

You have a wonderful son and a good home and a family who love you. Lots of folk don't have that.
