I do a LOT of the things on that list too! I'm glad you posted about it. It looks like an interesting site. I particularly liked this - http://www.marcandangel.com/2011/07/17/75-reminders-for-tough-times/ - 75 Reminders for tough times. I think I might print it out for when things are difficult.

Glad to see you've been feeling better over the weekend. You done amazing pushing yourself to go somewhere you haven't been before. As for the b vitamins I'd recommend multibionta probiotic multivitamins. It has helped me - Not made miracles or anything but I feel a bit more balanced and notice when I forget to take them. I used to take high dosage b vitamins but all they done was make my pee bright yellow meaning I was getting too much, so basically a waste of money x

It is a really good site, very informative, and also the other pages linked to it are good too.

I know, i've always been able to get out of going there, but i didn't have any real excuses yesterday meaning i HAD to go... :)
