My boyfriend, he wants me to move in with him. How exciting is this news?

We've been together for nearly 18 months :)

How are you?

It is exciting, very much so, because he's never asked a girl to live with him before. He's had situations where he's had no where to live and HAD to move in with a girlfriend, and his last girlfriend just never went home, he never offically asked her.

So yeah, he's made this decision on his own. No pressure from me.

Thing is - *I'M* not ready for this...... How ironic?

Hi Sarah, sounds like a dilemma considering your son and all. You seem to have built a nice safe little nest for him where you are and I imagine it could be difficult for you to risk his welfare with a move like this ...

awww hun this is what you have always wanted some more commitment in the relationship,can he move in with you instead or isnt that an option? you should really think hard about it though as if he wants this now then u never know where this could lead,married with baby one day maybe who knows?he seems a nice chap and you say he helps with ur anxiety etc and of course you have to think of ur son too but you would have to discuss that together but i think it would be fab for you,do you own ur own house? cos if u do then you could think about renting it out or summat even if it was to a family member for a bit or whoever and see how it went and then if it did not work then at least you can move back home?just a thought,but it shows he is now ready to make that first step which is really great i'm so happy for ya i really am,nite nite xx♥xx

Vinny - The BEST option would be for him to move in with me and he could rent out his house and get more money for it, but he LOVES his house as i do mine..

..so we'll have to wait and see what happens next ;)

oh yeah that would be ace if he could move in with you and get more money for his but if you both like it where u are then maybe not push the matter,but you never know he may change his mind?especially getting a wad of money for renting,but just him saying he wants u to move in must be such a nice thing for u to hear anyway cos now u know he does love you more than you though ;0)

Should i stop blogging?

I've had a whole day to digest the comment that was left for me and it does sadden me. I write on my blog because it's an outlet for me. It lets me express my true self. Yes, of course i am leaving myself wide open to criticism but to be honest, if i was reading a blog written by a person who felt so badly about themselves/their lives, the last thing in the world i would do is start putting them down, especially making comments about their father which is a real sore subject for me to deal with. I don't know if i can handle that kind of shit right now.. I don't need any other added negativity in my life.
