Christmas shopping......HELL!

No. 1 - I HATE CHRISTMAS.
No. 2 - Why do people act like it's the end of the world? Pushing and shoving?
No. 3 - Why is everything so expensive? Each shop i went in, i was spending £100 - £150

Yesterday i bought for...

My sister
My Brother in law
My newphew (no. 1)
My niece
My step dad
My auntie
My dad and his wife
My newphew (no. 2)
My mum
My ex

I still have to buy for Stinky, Bean, my nephew (no. 3) and my best friend. I purchased a lot of things for Stink, but i still have to get him his "Big" present, although i got him a lappy for his birthday, so i don't really know. I got my boyfriend quite a few things, but i still need to buy a few more.

Today, i've spent 4 hours winter cleaning my house. I used so much bleach, my nostrils are actually burning and i have a major headache.

It's -3, very cold, and i think snow is on its way....

Hi yes i agree that xmas costs loads and i hate it in town with people pushing and shoving and not knowing where they are walking it winds me up especially with anxiety it makes it like 100 times worse ;0(
we have opted for the easy way this year,we used to buy for all the family but it was just getting too silly as i have a big family and my fella has a few too,so we said we were just getting for the kids not adults as it was leaving us skint and the kids are just getting vouchers this year,i have 11 nieces + nephews to get for which is my family and his combined so thats a lot of money ;0( so thats why we stopped getting for sister and bro's and i have 3 plus their other halfs and my fella has 2 plus other halfs so way too many that would be 10 adults yeah right lol we still get for his mum dad and nan though and not to mention all the birthdays in dec and jan too ;0( we will be skint,we not had any snow as yet just freezing bbrrr, right gonna write out my xmas cards xx♥xx

I don't do Christmas cards, only to my nearest and dearest..that's one thing that i can't be arsed to do.

I went yesterday because i didn't think it would be too bad. HMV was rammed, M & S was ridiculous and it's the 'older' generation that are the most rude. The high street was as busy as anything. Thank goodness most of it's done now.

It's pavement rage. Everyone stressed out to high hell. Madness!

Hee hee, sometimes it's good to be a saddo. I'll buy my Mum something online and my Dad a pack of cigars and that's about it :) Skintypoo!

Pavement rage...lol!!

I'm skintypoos now, and i will be well into 2011.

I am too generous, that's my problem. I like to give...without really thinking about it. Reading that back, i think i am more stupid than generous....lol.

I love christmas and in particular buying gifts but it does cost a lot of money. Usually I go ott and spend far too much but this year I had to have a budget and I need to stick to it...I really can't afford to spend much.

I do all my shopping online from November until January - people seem to lose the plot completely and I refuse to step foot in any shop until the madness has subsided!

Your son must be at that funny age to buy for. My sister is 10 and I don;t have a clue what to buy her, she has everything! Xx
