TOURETTES? It would appear that way!

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

This morning, got up, dressed and went to my boyfriends place. Stayed there for a bit, went round friends to congratulate them on the birth of their baby girl (who i have to say was gorgeous and so very tiny), then to one supermarket where we picked up a HALF PRICE duck! Oh my gosh, it's amazing, and so cheap (however, i don't eat meat!). After that we took the short drive to Sainsburys, driving up to Sainsburys car park OUT OF THE FRICKING BLUE - PANIC ATTACK! I couldn't believe it. From no where...hit me. Without hesitation my boyfriend drove round and out of the car park, only to be greeted with a nose-to-tail traffic jam.

I am SO disappointed, because there was no warning to say that it might or could possibly happen. He's was very supportive and calming as normal, but this panic attack hit my stomach and anything stomach related freaks me out (because of my emetophobia).

BAD PANIC ATTACK, VERY VERY BAD!

Oh, it's wasn't the breathing i was having trouble with this time, it was purely in my stomach... Felt super sick, i HATE that!

yes fine thanks,yeah i seen to get all at once really,feel like i'm gonna throw up or fall over cos my legs go to jelly,sweating heart pounding and find it dead hard to catch my breath.i wonder if there is an inhaler for people with panic attacks u know like asthma people use? cos i'm sure that would help a little,will have to ask the dr next time i go which is like never lol.
glad uve had a much better day today thats such good news,just think about xmas now and that will cheer you up ;0) or maybe not when u find out you have no dosh left lol,ive got sooo many nieces and nephews to get for now,righty oh nitey nite xx♥xx

A friend of mine yesterday pointed out what a person had written on their blog about being agoraphobic. Said person is an EX agoraphobic...this is what was said. "Agoraphobia is a selfish state of mind. Its completely "curable", and yet some people just wallow in their own self-pity and will never ever get over themselves and recover. When you are so worried about yourself all the time, how can you possibly be a good mother to someone else? Or a good wife/girlfriend/friend? I've unfortunately been the agoraphobic, and I've been the agoraphobics friend. As the friend, it was miserable. Nothing was ever about anything else but them. It was annoying and frustrating. And completely in their hands to change it, but they wouldn't. Because they're too selfish and self centered. Those aren't qualities people like in a person." Opinions please?

It DID get worse..

...now there's a shocker! I have spent the entire evening in hospital. We had to call an ambulance, these feelings in my heart were insane. I was sat in the back on the ambulance and they did all my obs. I was tachycardic, my BP was really high (usually its stupid low) and my ECG was showing Atrial fibrillation, meaning the top two chambers of my heart are beating faster than the bottom two. I was put on oxygen as well because my breathing was a little bit crappy. The medic man stuck a candular in my hand and hit a valve apparently, my hand swelled up in seconds, it was so painful. Got to the hospital and did all the necessary things and then we had to wait...and wait...and wait. Where they'd stuck that needle in the back of my hand and hit the valve, it started going dead. I couldn't feel 4 of my fingers! I called to get someone to take the bugger out. I'm left with a lovely bit blue bruise this morning. My step-father was called to pick us up because we thoug...
