New Years Resolutions...
.. I don't have many, but they are as follows.. 1. Drink 2ltrs of water a day 2. Eat less sugar. 3. No processed food at all. 4. Be grateful every of what i have, every moment of every day. 5. Be happy :)
What it is like having ... Agoraphobia, Panic attacks, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Low Self Esteem, Depression, OCD Health anxiety, Social anxiety Dermatillomania, Anxiety, Self loathing, Eating disorders, Emetophobia, Self Harm... and being a single mum to a 15 year old boy!!!! This is my life!

don't over do it with the exercise and drink plenty of water too,glad it came and its ok though as everything ive bought from argos recently has been broken ggrrr.
