..and i forgot to mention i am having an Endoscopy/Gastroscopy tomorrow morning due to 'unexplained' stomach pain. I am fooking shitting myself - please - send me positive thoughts. Thanks.

I had one a few years ago.. all I can say is just do your best to be calm.
I worked myself up so much over it, I was in tears on and off until it was over (I ended up waking up to a bleeding bottom too! Which sent my anxiety right through the roof..(think it was just piles! Tmi, sorry..) but that anxiety was on top of what I was already feeling so I wasn't calm and I was just so petrified and so the sedative didn't touch me..
The actual thing isn't pleasant, but it should give you some answers so its worth it.. Just take an ipod with you maybe, perhaps they will let you use it, practise your breathing and stuff. I just lost it and was a complete mess!
You'll be fine, you're a much stronger person than me for starters. You'll be writing in your blog tomorrow night how it was easy and/or not as bad as you expected.
Good luck. I know how horrible it is living with unexplained stomach pains.. After 4 or so years of it I can safely say that I sympathise!

sorry, just read that back and I dont think it sounds right..
I just made it a bigger thing than it was, thats all.. I didn't mean it to sound like it was a nightmare, it was my own doing and I wouldnt want anyone handling it like I did. Just try and go in with the right frame of mind, be as calm as you can. You *will* be fine.. you can do it and be ok.
My Nanna has one and she said it was fine, she couldnt care less.. I saw men and women, old and young coming and going and looking fine, I was the only one going to bits!
Seriously, you'll be fine.

Dilemma...

I don't know what to do... So confused with it all. I have just called the boyfriend after not speaking to him since 8 this morning (he's off sick) to see if he was okay and i got ANOTHER mouthful... The last month...

Over the last month i have been diagnosed with severe anemia, had my 39th birthday, school broke up for the holidays, i stabbed myself through the finger with a dinner knife (not even a sharp one), but deep enough to have all the fat tissue hanging out, shave off the top off my little finger and have a round of botox and fillers.............
